Looking for Accounts Executive.
The selected candidate will be part of the Sogeti Switzerland IBS and play a key part in Finance & Accounts team.The project is domain specific and requires good knowledge of Accounts, Finance & MIS.
Requirements -
Vendor invoice processing (considering the vendor tax withholding, vendor bank details etc).
Good Exposure towards Accounts Payable & Receivable function.
Receipts & Payment updation.
Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts.
Submitting outstanding reports to management.
Reporting on project hours and project expenses.
Adhere the deadlines & maintain the quality parameters.
Effective Data Analysis Skills, English Communication Skills (Verbal / Written) & Presentation Skills are desirable.Should be good in MS Office applications.
Skills:
1-2 years of experience in Accounts any industry (preferred handling overseas clients).
Should be Bachelors in Commerce.
Excellent written & oral communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills.
Worked with ITES/BPO environment will be added advantage.
Good team player.
